I would like grant a user access to the A Autodesk a360 collaboration for revit 2016 download free download website so that they can download the my Revit files. Solved by AdamPeter. That is currently the security system that is in place. One way you could work around this is to create a second project in A and move Revit files to it when they get to a point that you want to share. That way stakeholders could still see the Revit Models on A, but not within the main project.
There just isn’t another easy answer at the moment. Instead of giving them access to the A site, you can share the published models:.
